Cancellation policy

The items in our store are offered to you as pre-order purchases. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that will get manufactured once you place your order, thus minimising the environmental impact of overproduction.  The turn around time to receive your order is 1.5-2.5 weeks from the time you place your order.  You may cancel your order up until the time it is sent out for delivery unless it is a custom order - which cannot be cancelled once production is underway. Please contact heidi@heidiscollection should you need to cancel a pre-order before you have received it.
