Returns or Exchanges
At Heidi's Collection we understand it can be tricky getting a great fit with a busty body type! To help you find the perfect size for your bust and your body, we invested in TrueToForm 3D body scanning to take the guess work out of it. If for some reason this has not worked for you, we would really appreciate your feedback so that we can continually improve the result and will happily refund or exchange for the correct sizing for you.
Please note: To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at heidi@heidiscollection.com.au with a brief description and/or photo of the issue you had.
Please note for environmentally friendly returns, the hero packaging bag that your item was sent in, can be re-used to send back your item as it has a secondary sticking point
Once we receive your email regarding the issue and have approved the return, we will email you instructions on how to return your package free of charge to Heidi's Collection. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We aim to deliver your luxury clothing items to you such that they arrive looking like a beautiful gift. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at heidi@heidiscollection.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
